Searching For Something Positive


Today I experienced my first panic attack and let me just tell you, those things are not fun.

The past few weeks have been so stressful and it seems like I just can’t catch a break. Because of this I have been trying to find things to be happy about so that I don’t have a complete melt down.

I have decided to try and forget about the things I can’t change and focus on what I can do to solve the problems I have control over.

I saw the quote above for the first time when I was about 13 years old and I keep coming back to it this week. It just seems appropriate.
