I Thought They Said Rum

Did you head out last night to celebrate Halloween? Like most of us who celebrate in the non-trick-or-treating sort of way then you may be struggling today. This means your motivation for working out may be at an all time low. I have found that the only thing that helps is a little musical motivation. I know that everyone has their own tunes that gets them ready to work out, but I wanted to share with you some of my favorite workout songs.
